Incident Overview:
Observered corresponding with a known ex-communicated
Details of Event:
On the specified date worker, "Eli "Moses" Griffiths", was observed by a fellow worker accessing Restricted Area C-17. After following Eli in such a way as not too alert the offending party, Eli was observed using a forbidden communication device to exchange messages with former worker, "████████".
While details of the conversation were quoted as, "impossible to decipher", it should be noted that by proclamation of The Machine that any contact with the Ex-Communicated is considered forbidden as stated in Constitutional Law Section 3A, Sub-Section 3.
Actions Taken:
Due to the precise nature of the stated conversation being as of yet Unknown it is in my opinion that Ex-Communication is not yet necessary for the offender. However as a result of this Eli will be place immediately under 'High-Survelliance' status with an option to submit further reports added to Employee terminals for any other further breaches of Constitutional Law. It is also in my recommendations that Eli be considered for promotion to Devout Follower and receive the benefits that come with proximity to our divine saviour
