Incident Overview:
Multiple reports of unlawful speech
Details of Event:
On the specified dates worker, "George "Widow-maker" Space", was overheard by his fellow laborers making comments deemed unlawful by established Consitutional Law regarding such topics as anti-machine sentiments, support of anarchical activities, and ███████ ████████.
While displaying full knowledge of Consitutional Law and the consequences for breaking such the offender continues to increase both the severity and frequency of his unlawful speech on an alarming basis.
Actions Taken:
While these above violations do show a concerning trend for George, his department has had a shortage of able-bodied workers for the past 3 seasons. Due to these mitigating circumstance I advise that the offender be kept on rotation for the time being while also being given a 'High Survelliance" level, (with the option to file further reports added to the workers terminal). Any further violations placed against him will lead to a promotion of Devout Follower.
