Incident Overview:
Overheard listening to prohibited music
Details of Event:
On the specified date worker, "Gerrard "Moses" Bell-Fife", was overheard listening to prohibited music from within his habitation area. As stated by Constitutional Law Section 5D, Sub-Section 6 any form of entertainment for the workforce is to be preselected by The Machine. This is both to ensure proper brain stimulation determined acceptable by the divine algorithm, but also to prevent heretical thought and speech for which outlawed items are known to generate.
In addition to this the mere fact the offender was in possesion of such material establishes a serious breach of security concerns as to how he was able to aquire such items in the the first place.
Actions Taken:
Considering this is both an issue of illegal material and the aquistion of such, I believe the best course of action would be to place Gerrard on a state of 'High Survelliance' aswell as adding the option to file further reports to the workers terminal. It has been previously noted that Gerrard was already a candiate for promotion to Devout Follower and as such any further reports will fast track this course of action.
