Incident Overview:
Observered fraternising outside of designated group
Details of Event:
On the specified date worker, "Rowan "Jester" Scourfield", was seen on the security feed fraternising with Worker Group A7, (colloquially known as "Slappstikk" among the workers), despite it being outside of designated socialization periods.
As stated in Consitutional Law Section 4C, Sub-section 3 inter-team socialisation is only allowed within the designated time frames or by designated officials, of which the offender does not have the designation.
Actions Taken:
While potentially only a small misdemeanor the stated group have themselves been places on watch and classed as a risk towards The Machine. Due to this any and all fratenization with said group is in of itself to be treated as forbidden without proper authorisation. As a result I have determined that Rowan himself should be placed on 'High Survelliance', with the option to file futher reports added to the workers terminal. Potential for promotion to Devout Follower has also been noted.
