Incident Overview:
Acts of aggression against a superior
Details of Event:
On the specified date worker, "Tim "Stache" Botham", physically assaulted his superior, "████ ███". It is believed that the inciting incident was in regards to the termination of a fellow laborer the offender appeared to have a close relationship with. Following an interview with the victim it was stated that Tim had asked for 2 minutes of reprieve from assigned work to pay respects to his fallen comrade, to which he was informed that if this was to be allowed the daily Quota would go unfufilled. The offender appeared to show an innappropiate level of displeasure towards this with the following debate soon becoming physical.
As stated in Consitutional Law Section 2A, Sub-Section 1 the fulfillment of the Quota is to remain the workers highest priority. The flesh that makes up the workforce can be considered insignificant towards the survival of the machine and thus any affections that develop between them is not to be acknowledged by the governing body
Actions Taken:
If the flow of work is to be maintained all workers must respect the systems of hierarchy that was so graciously bestowed upon us by The Machine. They themselves are but just one part of the process and on an indivdual level are unimportant. As a result of Tim's actions he has been detained by myself and has immediately been notfifed of his immediate promotion to Devout Follower. [NOTE: Tim's personell file is to be removed following his transformation]
